Whiskey in the Jar Romance just reminded me that it is Sunday and that I have a Soup update:
This Sunday’s soup had a focus on leeks and butter beans, with just a hint of a chili kick. It was tasty. It was simple.

I’m planning something rather different for the next Sunday Soup event – but of course I would spoil the surprise if I gave any hints…..

I know this is the easiest soup to make, but I really like it.
